The breakfast was large with local marrocan specialities and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect, not very far from Medina. There was a good restaurant, a market and boutiques next door.

Arnold
The positives include excellent and INCREDIBLE location and parking nearby. There is nearby Joker Fast Food to grab some food for the dinner.

This riad is a beautiful building, with lovely interior design. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and our room was excellent. It is a short walk from a taxi let-off / pick-up point, and also a bus staion just outside the foot passages of the medina, so it is incredibly convenient once you know your way around!
The lighting in the bedroom was a little gloomy!

I did not like the atmosphere at the hotel. My partner who is Moroccan and I were the only customers at this old building. It has all the Moroccan looks but it is surrounded by run down old buildings of old medina of Fez. I was impressed when I looked the picutures and the reveiws on internet but I was so so sad and depressed what I found there. I felt like breatless and needed to get out as soon as I could. If anyone is looking to shop around old media's littled traditional shops, this hotel is nearby. But you will be away from all the main attractions of Fez. Before I arrived there, the hotel kept sending me sms if had wanted them to pick me up from the airport (which was nice) but it would have been expensive. They also sent me several sms if would have dinner there (as this costs a minimum 280 dirhams). This was a bit annying. Also it is very expensive compared with 5 star hotels that are available at the same time.
I gave them notice on my second day that I would leave after 3rd night and when I wanted to leave they said, I would have to pay for the whole booking period. I told them I did not like the place and I already gave notice but they insisted on me staying there. I was then obliged to offer them an extra night's charge and they agreed to let me go. I felt bad that they charged me for an extra night unreasonably.

Very good experience there. Nicely designed hotel with helpful staff and savoury breakfasts included. Perfect location to a palace like courtyard, and 15 minute walk from Medina. Based adjacent to a centre, and Morocco and first Riad. Air-conditioned room, nice bed, and large bathroom. Excellent service, public parking available nearby. Everything beautiful...

The staff at this riad were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the traditional Moroccan breakfasts were delicious and freshly cooked. We also appreciated the convenient location, being within walking distance of key points of interest in the city.
The lack of amenities in the bathroom, as there was no hair dryer provided. the TV channels were mostly in German, which limited our entertainment options.

Raymond
Attentive staff and a tasty, traditional breakfast with Moroccan treats, local jams, and preserves that totally met my expectations. 🥐

The location of the riad is perfect, as it is situated in the heart of the Medina. It is just a short walk to some lovely shops, the bustling market, and a variety of restaurants. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. the staff provided exceptional service and were always ready to assist us with any request. the breakfast served each morning was a delightful spread of Moroccan specialties.
The WiFi in the room was inconsistent and didn't work properly for us, making it difficult to stay connected.

During my stay at Riad-Boutique Borj Dhab Fez, I had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. When I arrived late at night, they arranged for a delicious dinner to be waiting for me. On my last day, they even prepared an early breakfast for me before my flight. The location was convenient, and the staff helped me with transportation and even organized a tour of the Medina for me. I had a truly exceptional stay at this Riad and I would definitely stay here again.
